Does it require professional installation, or is it plug-and-play?
Installation is straightforward. Our trusted logistics partners will deliver the unit through the threshold and place it in your preferred location. From there, setup takes approximately 30 minutes. For Max units, additional time may be needed to set up the auto-doser.
How often does the water need to be changed?
We recommend changing the water at least every two weeks. However, the frequency may increase based on usage and maintenance practices. Regular cleaning and ensuring bathers shower before entering can help extend the interval between water changes.
What are the power and plumbing requirements for installation?
A 120v, 15-amp dedicated circuit installed 5-feet from any body of water is required to ensure safety and provide optimal performance. While custom plumbing isn’t necessary, having a floor sink within a few feet of the unit is ideal. To drain the unit, attach a hose to the drain outlet and direct it to the floor sink or drain. For faster drainage, we recommend using an in-line pump.
